What is a Charity Gift Card

A most thoughtful and meaningful gift; less stuff, more purpose.

You make the donation:
Our charity gifts are actually charity donations.
You decide on the amount you wish to donate.
This donation is 100% tax deductible for the purchaser, at the time of the purchase.
You will receive an emailed receipt / tax acknowledgment for your records.

Your gift entitles the recipient to select the charity:
The card-holder (recipient) may designate the funds to the charity they choose from our online charity list.
Up to three charities may be selected.
The recipient enters their Redemption Code (found on the card) to make their selection.
We offer a carefully vetted list of over 2500 well-known national and international charitable causes and many local charities to choose from, organized into 15 social service categories.
They cover a broad range of social services, with something meaningful for everyone.

Suggest a charity:
You may also pre-select one charity that will be suggested to your gift-recipient at redemption. As one of the three charities that they may select, it allows for interaction between the gift-giver and recipient;
making for a truly meaningful gifting experience.

Robust Customization Suite:

Provides strong branding with pre-selection of your own curated charity list, aligning with your corporate mission for clients and attendees to choose from when redeeming their cards - outstanding CSR.
Custom redemption pages can be created by all customers, using our on-line wizard.

eGift cards can be personalized with a greeting and message and selecting one of our over 100 artistic graphics,
(along with your corporate logo), or upload your own.

Bulk 'fully custom' physical cards with your own design, can be ordered for corporate accounts.

Physical cards can also be ordered from our selection of stock cards for Season Greetings, stocking stuffers, birthday, and single elegant rose design or our CharityChoice logo design.

Stock cards are only 50 cents per card, amongst the lowest in the industry, and just one shipping charge for the entire order.

gets to give the funds towards a cause that is 'close to their heart'.

Privacy
Your privacy is protected, as the charities are not informed who was involved in the gift card purchase, nor the redemption.
We do offer an opt-in for the recipient to share info and comments to the charity they have selected.

Charity Distribution
The charities are sent funds quarterly, from designations made to them on our website.
A modest 3% fundraising fee is deducted from the funds prior to allocation.

CharityChoice is a project of Special Kids Fund, a 501c3 nonprofit organization providing support for children, veterans, and seniors with disabilities nationwide.

The administrative fee helps towards this important mission, as well as expenses involved in operating the CharityChoice program.
