Upload Recipients Spreadsheet File

Instructions

Download the CSV spreadsheet template. This file can be edited in any spreadsheet editing software such as Microsoft Excel etc.
In the spreadsheet, enter the cards you wish to order - one card on a row. See below for a list and explanation of the fields in the spreadsheet.
Save the file
The file must be saved in CSV format and the file name cannot have spaces.
Upload your filled-in spreadsheet file, preview your list, and continue on to checkout.
If all is well, you will be shown a list with all the cards addresses that have been uploaded

Fields in the Spreadsheet

*CardType - This is the name of the style of the card. Click Here to see a list of our Physical Cards.
*Denomination - This is the denomination of the card. please refer to this list to see which denominations are available for each card type.
*Quantity - The number of cards of this type and denomination to send to the recipient
*FirstName - The first name of the recipient
*LastName - The last name of the recipient
Email - optional - The email address of the recipient
Greeting - optional/recommended - The greeting (bolded text) to print on the stationary that will be sent with the cards. Click here to see how the themed stationary will look.
Message - optional/recommended - The greeting to print on the themed stationary that will be sent with the cards.
*ShippingTypeId - This determines the Shipping Carrier and Shipping Type with which to ship if the card. Please refer to this list to see which shipping types are available.
*Address1 - The first line of the shipping address
Address2 - optional - The second line of the shipping address

Phone - optional
