List of fields: Fields that can not be left blank are colored in red.

• First Name - The first name of the recipient
• Last Name - The last name of the recipient
• Email - The email address of the recipient. This is where the HonorCard will get sent to.
• Greeting - The HonorCard greeting. Example: Salutation or Description of the Occasion.
• Message - The HonorCard message. This is your personal message to the recipient(s).
• Donation Amount - The value of this HonorCard. (Minimum: $2.00)
• Charity Id - The CharityChoice Charity Id of the charity that is to receive your donation.

• Background Color - (Elegant, Elegant Gray, Gold, Green, Holiday Red, Soft White, Turquoise) The HonorCard background color. Default is Soft White.
• Date - (MM/DD/YYYY for example: 12/21/2011 or 3/18/2012) The date to send this Honor Card. If this is left blank, the card will be sent immediately.
• Time - (00:00 AM/PM e.g. 7:05 AM or 11:05 PM) The time of day to send this HonorCard. If this is left blank, the card will be sent immediately.

The file must be saved in CSV format and the file name can not have spaces.
