Selecting a CharityChoice Card from your reward program will enable you to return
to our website and designate the donation towards your charity.
Simply enter the unique redemption code on the back of the card in our home page
"Redeem" box.
Select Arthritis Foundation from the list of over 1000 charities.
Most rewards redemption programs offer various denominations
or you can order several cards to accumulate the amount you
wish to donate. You must first order a CharityChoice or cobranded
charity card from your rewards program, in order to convert the points into
funds to designate towards your charity.
Our card may be found under various categories: Charities, Donations,
Merchandise or Gift Cards. If your program does not offer CharityChoice, please
request from your program administrator that it be added and use the contact
form to inform us.

are password protected.
