The Red Cross has partnered with CharityChoice, to help open new channels of funding for their life-saving services. 90% of the donation goes directly to the American Red Cross, with a 10% admin fee deducted for cards ordered through this program (includes all fees, credit card charge, marketing and program expenses).

Your donation gift will support the urgent needs of the American Red Cross mission, whether it is responding to a disaster, collecting life-saving blood, teaching skills to save a life, or assisting military members and their families during emergencies.

When meaningful matters...

You make the donation:
Charity gifts are actually charity donations to benefit the American Red Cross, that you are making when you purchase a physical card or eCard. You decide on the amount you wish to donate. This donation is 100% tax deductible for the purchaser, at the time of the purchase. You will receive an emailed tax acknowledgement for your records.

Your gift entitles the recipient to select the charity:
The card-holder (recipient) may designate the funds to the Red Cross services they find most meaningful. The recipient enters their Redemption Code (found on the card) into the Redeem box on the home page, to make their selection.

Charity Distribution:
Funds are sent quarterly, according to designations made by your gift-recipient. CharityChoice/Charity Gift Certificates is a project of Special Kids Fund, a 501c3 nonprofit umbrella organization supporting programs across the country for special needs children.
