Resend eCard:
If you've sent an eCard and the recipient has not received it, deleted it, or not
redeemed it.
- Go to your
My Orders
page. (you may need to login)
- Find the order that you contains the eCard you wish to resend and click on the "Send"
link next to it.
- From the list of cards in this Order, find the card you wish to resend and click
on the 'Send' link next to it.
- Follow the instructions on the page that follows.
